  • 10 mount climbers
  • 10 crunches
  • 20 sec plank
  • 4 sets of this : 1 min rest between sets

Thursday : 11:36 mins (1.7 kms)

Friday : 18 mins (2.6 kms)

Saturday & Sunday : Rest
