Friday (15/8/2014) : Rest

Saturday (16/8/2014) : 3 hours trek

Sunday (17/8/2014) : rest

Monday (18/8/2014) : 10 mins circuit training.

Tuesday (19/8/2014) : 12 mins Jogging.
