Back after a long break. Have to try and be regular going forward.
A new start this 🙂

Morning
Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
10 reps of :

  • 150 meters run
  • 5 squats

5 rounds of 150 meters

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise
