Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
6 Reps of : (Continous reps no rest or recovery)
Run 100 meters
5 Push ups
5 Squats

1 set of 50 meter touch run (3 touches)

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
20 raise crunches
10 V ups
10 cycle crunches
10 Russian twists
