Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
Run 450 meters x 6 (100 meters recovery)

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
20 raise crunches
10 V ups
10 cycle crunches
10 Russian twists
