In House workout due to rains.

Warm up
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
5 sets of
10 push ups(First two sets hand together, last three hands wide)
10 triceps bench dips
10 V crunches

20 Russian twists
20 Reverse crunches
20 Back extensions
3 super man stretch
5 Raised Reverse Crunches
10 Knee squats
