Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
150 meters Fast – 150 meters Slow x 5 Reps
50 meters touch run (1 set 3 touches)

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
10 Leg raise crunches
10 Leg raise cross crunches
10 Leg raise toe touch
repeat set twice
