Heavy Rains today in Mumbai, had to workout indoors.

Workout
10 Squats + 10 crunches
20 Squats + 20 crunches
30 Squats + 30 crunches
1 min rest

20 lunges + 20 Tricep Dips x 3 sets
1 min rest

60 high knee + 30 back kick x 3 sets
