Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
50 meters touch run (1 set each of 4/3/2/1 touches)
100 meters walk recovery after each set
Increase pace at each set

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
10 Leg raise
10 Russian twist
20 secs plank
repeat set twice

3 pull ups
