Workout
Touch Runs
Incremental Touch Runs : First touch 10 meters and increase 5 meters at each touch, run back only till the previous marker
2 sets – coming back, back run
2 sets – run back

Increasing Touch Runs : First touch 10 meters and increase 5 meters at each touch, run back till the first marker
2 sets

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
15 push ups x 2 sets
20 Leg raise
20 cycle crunches
20 secs side planks
