Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
4 mins workout only one set :
30 secs high knee
30 sec squats
30 sec lunges
30 sec jumping kacks
Repeat the entire set one more time without rest

3 x 50 meters strides

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
30 Raised Crunches
20 Russian Twists
30 secs plank
10 Back Extensions
5 pull ups
