10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
3 sets of 50 meters touch run (two touches each set)

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
12 push ups x 2 sets
15 Leg raise
16 cycle crunches
25 secs plank
30 sec bridge
