Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
3 sets moving high knee : Distance 10 meters
3 sets back run and sprint back : Distance 10 meters
2 sets Touch run : Distance 5 meters 6 touches in each set
3 x 50 meters strides

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
15 push ups x 2 sets
20 Russian twists
15 crunches
20 secs plank
