Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
10 – 24 inch Box Jump
10 burpees
20 Jumping Jacks
15 Squats
2 sets of these with minimum recovery between sets and no recovery between each exercise.

3 x 50 meters strides

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
20 raised crunches
10 leg raise
10 back extensions
3 pull ups
