Warm up
10 mins Jog
Warm-up and Stretching exercise.

Workout
10 squats
20 high knees
10 jumping lunges
20 jumping jacks
Three sets / only 30 sec interval between sets

3 x 50 meters strides

Cool down
5 mins limbering
Stretching exercise

After Workout
10 push ups x 2 sets
15 raised crunches
10 Russian twists
10 back extensions
